However you choose to view your finances, our online facilities adapt to your desktop, tablet or smartphone requirements.
Online Banking
Your Online Banking service provides access to your finances wherever you are, allowing you to carry out day-to-day banking activities with ease.
Once connected online, you will be able to:
- View your balance and any imminent payments that are due
- Transfer money between accounts
- Download previous statements
- Manage standing orders and direct debits
- Place instructions to send money abroad
- Set up and maintain your own list of payees
- View your regular and pending payments
Your financial safety is important to us. With this in mind, we:
- Provide secure messaging, allowing you to directly email your Private Banking Support team
- Will not make a payment to any new payee without first time authentication from you
- Have a three-tier logon system to prevent fraudsters hacking into your account
- Provide an audit trail of previous sessions and any online activity
Our Private Banking Support team is available from Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm, to assist you with any Online or Mobile Banking issues. For assistance, please call 020 7012 2600.

Mobile Banking
Your mobile app allows you to manage your money conveniently from your smartphone or tablet.
Once you have downloaded the mobile app, you can:
- View your balance anytime, anywhere from the convenience of your phone or tablet
- Transfer money between accounts
- View transactions on each account
- Make faster payments to payees that have been verified through your Online Banking service
To use the app, you must be an existing Online Banking user.
You can download the app from both the Apple App and Google Play stores by searching ‘Arbuthnot Latham’. For security reasons, please note that the app can only be registered to one device at a time.
Cards App
The Arbuthnot Latham cards app has been launched to complement our digital services and offers great functionality including:
- Activate and put a temporary block on your cards
- Set spend controls
- Retrieve a PIN number
- See real-time card transaction information
