Never share one-time passcodes
Fraudsters may contact you claiming to be from Arbuthnot Latham and appear genuine. They may urge you to take action to protect your account.
They may ask you to:
- Share a one time passcode (OTP)
- Visit a website or download software to your computer
By doing this you could give a fraudster access to your money. If in doubt, hang up, and call your usual Arbuthnot Latham contact on a number you trust or the fraud hotline on 0207 012 2900.
We will NEVER contact you and ask you to share your security details or one time passcodes (OTP).
You should never share one time passcodes (OTP).
