Fraud alert
We have received reports that some clients are receiving scam text messages about suspicious transactions.
The text message asks clients to call the bank on a bogus number.
If you receive this message, do not call the number in the text.
Call your banker or the published fraud number on our website: +44 (0)20 7012 2500.
Never share one-time passcodes
Fraudsters may contact you claiming to be from Arbuthnot Latham and appear genuine. They may urge you to take action to protect your account.
They may ask you to:
- Share a one time passcode (OTP)
- Visit a website or download software to your computer
By doing this you could give a fraudster access to your money. If in doubt, hang up, and call your usual Arbuthnot Latham contact on a number you trust or the fraud hotline on +44 (0)207 012 2500.
We will NEVER contact you and ask you to share your security details or one time passcodes (OTP).
You should never share one time passcodes (OTP).
