Meet the team - Carolyn Moore
This week we catch up with Carolyn Moore who joined Arbuthnot Latham in January 2024 to lead our Executives and Professionals private banking team.
Carolyn has joined our Private Banking team after nine years at Coutts, where she held roles across relationship management, transformation and lending. She also brings significant private banking experience from roles at Barclays and HSBC. Within her new role, Carolyn will lead our Executives and Professionals team to develop the proposition and strengthen connections with existing clients.
What is your banking specialism?
With 35+ years’ experience in financial services, my expertise lies in client-focused banking and wealth management: leading teams to deliver exceptional service by cultivating a deep understanding of client needs and providing tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
What challenges are clients facing in your sectors currently?
Clients in the executives and professional sectors are currently grappling with challenges in the banking sector, such as complex financial products, regulatory changes and the need for tailored financial solutions that align with their career trajectories.
By working closely and listening to the needs of our executive and professional clients, we can tailor solutions from across Arbuthnot Latham to help them navigate challenges. We have expert teams able to advise and support our clients throughout their journey.
I am excited to work with the team to further the banks’ proposition for new and existing clients.
What attracted you to join Arbuthnot Latham?
I was attracted by Arbuthnot Latham’s value-led culture and passion for people, aligning to my own personal and professional standards.
Other factors that attracted me to the bank are the heritage and reputation, along with the ongoing commitment to deliver a personalised service, strong wealth management expertise and a client-centric approach.
What does financial wellbeing mean to you?
Financial wellbeing, to me, means achieving a balance between financial stability, prudent planning, the ability to meet both short-term and long-term goals with confidence, and having a sense of security and peace of mind.
We can help clients with their objectives by building trusting relationships, providing a range of solutions across lending, deposits, and investments. We understand clients’ needs may change as they move through their personal and professional journey, as needs change, we will be there to support them.
