Meet a Real Estate expert: Justin Snoxell
As our Commercial Real Estate team continues to grow, we speak with Senior Commercial Banker, Justin Snoxell, who recently joined our team.
What is your banking specialism?
My specialism is UK real estate funding, be it commercial, residential, development, or investment. My experience over the years has seen me gain significant knowledge in both UK and overseas structures.
How can we help clients in the current climate?
As the economy slowly starts to recover, there is increasing demand from borrowers for finance to support both new transactions and existing investments. We can help with this through experience gained helping clients emerging from other economic events. Because we have that experience in similar market conditions, we are in a position to provide solutions that take into account both the economic environment and the aims and aspirations of our clients. We can also utilise the British Business Bank Recovery Loan Scheme which is providing welcome support to assist in the UK economic recovery.
Why did you decide to work at Arbuthnot? What do you see as our USP?
I joined Arbuthnot as it has an experienced, dedicated team of specialist lenders with the support of an established private bank. I think this sets us apart from others and allows us to offer our clients a truly personal relationship.
In terms of our USP within the team, I consider this to be that we are “property bankers not bankers who do property.”
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, from a sporting perspective, I enjoy football, cricket and golf. Aside from sport, I enjoy travel and socialising with family and friends.
