Appointment of new independent non-executive director
The Board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Gabbertas as a new independent non-executive director, with immediate effect. Mr. Gabbertas is already on the board of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited, the Company's banking subsidiary, having served as an independent non-executive director since November 2020.
